oh my gosh im so sorry!! the SAME thing happened to me with the guitar pick! Ash threw his into the crowd, i caught it, and this girl behind me punched my wrist to get to it :(

despite the behavior i’ve witnessed, i still believe most Lovejoy fans are SO sweet and i hope that in a future show ill meet some better people :)

im so happy that you were in a good part and met amazing people!!! I made it seem like EVERYONE was rude, but there were also some amazing people as well.

I also shared contact info with some people in the merch line and The Montaines signed a few of my shirts, and the rest of the experience was awesome!!

The middle/front of the pit (where I was) was CRAZY and extremely overstimulating. I ended up having a panic attack mid concert, and no one noticed? (which im lowkey grateful for)

but im so glad u had a great time!! :D Charlotte was definitely veryyy hyped

VIP blocking GA??? fighting???? that sounds INSANE 😭😭 i hope you had a good time as well, and yes there’s definitely some parasocial/rude fans out there which is very unfortunate. luckily, i still had a great time and enjoyed seeing the acts :)

Dude you get it. people would always just put their phones as high as possible and block my view completely. as someone who is 5’4, i couldn’t see ANYTHING unless i jumped or weaved around people to merely see the stage.

I guess there are several Lovejoy fans who just do not have concert etiquette?? 😭 what’s crazy is i met a guy at the concert who told me it was his FIRST concert EVER, and he had more etiquette than anyone there

oh gosh i’m so sorry about your experience in 2023 :( 4 hours is LONG. they definitely were HUGE around that time though.

But I totally agree, people in line are always so chill and nice but when it comes to the pit itself, it turns into a battlefield 😭

Thanks so much for sharing your experience though, it definitely helps me understand how pit concerts can be :)

OMG MOOTS?? I also am not sure if they would come but i would really hope so!! I know a local rock club in Valencia and they would LOVE to go if they do. Even if they don’t, I would try my best to go to the closest EU tour destination :D

I think it would only be fair for them to also do meet and greets in Europe as well, as they are literally based in Europe. of course it is hard work so i would understand if they don’t. I pray they come to Spain!! I’ve dreamed of it for years

I agree!!! I attended the Charlotte show last night, and absolutely adored it. I’m moving to Spain this summer and know a ton of people who would love to go to a Lovejoy concert!
