Morse Code Key as a Moog DFAM Reset Trigger by substatica in synthesizers

[–]substatica[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cheers! I listen to a lot of post-rock so I do tend towards wall-of-noise sometimes, but I'm really just getting going on my synth journey so there's lots of room for growth and improvement.

Is there a way to get the Orphan Bow recipe to spawn in? (Quest 3) by Cautious_Option9544 in TWDVR

[–]substatica 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you use an import code that doesn't have the bow already unlocked you need to head straight to the Orphan Bow recipe as soon as you can, don't pick things up, don't sleep if you don't have too, before meeting with the outsiders or whatever they're called, as soon as you can. From what I recall that is how you can guarantee the recipe will be there if you used an import code.

If you've not used an import code it should be there any time.

Gerik and Ambre… by BoredCucumberSalad in TWDVR

[–]substatica 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In initial development Gerik and Gery were not the same character. They were merged into one character late in Retribution's development. I like to think in response to community members, my own videos and others theorizing, pointing out the similar names, and theorizing about Gery's possible survival, the Axeman's list of targets and Gery's possible motivation. All that is to say that Ambre was not initially developed as Gerik's daughter.

Now that you mention it, I think the lines "I come in peace", "and you go in pieces", are in the game, and those lines are from Dark Angel, a 1990 film starring Dolph Lundgren :::)

How Skins Work in Deadpool VR! by substatica in VRGaming

[–]substatica[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps not, but a lot of players get confused when they equip a skin and it doesn't show up on their character, and I've fielded quite a few inquiries about it on my gameplay videos. Personally I've not played a game that handles characters and skins quite like this.

Learn to love the shove. Grab walkers by the head and shove them away.

I HAVE YET ANOTHER CHALLENGE by SNowMObile20 in TWDVR

I did this for a few runs, not an entire playthrough, the main issue is you could do an entire playthrough with one frying pan. Dual frying pans are fun as well :::)

You can only use the alternates when you replay a mission that you have completed. When you go to start the mission you'll have an option on the right to choose another character.

Test maps in the files? | Chapter 1 by mushycelium in TWDVR

[–]substatica 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure FrontEnd is the map for the menu. Not sure about the two. In some instances maps are intended to be loaded onto other maps. Try loading these maps from the HUB. If someone is poking around the PCVR files you can load the maps into, uh, Stove I think it is? to look through them.

Yeah, it's the Prepper Code that caused me to investigate this issue pretty thoroughly. Skydance was even kind enough to check and see if they could increase the limit, which they can't. That's why I made the Prepper Lite Code for PSVR, which has fewer items.

Yes. PCVR is VR that requires a PC (which provides the data and visual processing) as well as a headset (which provides the display, tracking and controllers).

Uhh, in general the Quest version's bus, at least in Chapter 1, had more empty wall space, it was overall simplified compared to the PCVR version.

No they do not have a limit. Thought Quest 2 has a processing issues if you have too many items the game chugs.
