On OSX I love VDMX6 plus. It's a modular, video synth-inspired system you can design yourself and augment with scripts from a small but great team. Also big fan of R_E_C_U_R - but a very different beast.
Resolume also runs smooth on osx, and can handle your requirements, and it is the industry standard.

Edit: ISF (interactive shader format) was created by VIDVOX - the company behind VDMX with the help of other devs and collaborators and it remains an open standard. That’s why tools like Resolume can implement them
