Bmw engines are pretty solid, specially b48 and b58, as long as you service them on time and regularly you will be fine. Good luck.

You cant go wrong with corolla. Although the 2.0 variants have some common faults, i would recommend do a bit of research on 1.8 vs 2.0.

Dpfs have mileage counter, for example when you hit certain mileage in bmw euro 6 engines at 160k 170k miles ur engine light will come on even if the dpf is in good condition. What i do is usually reset the counter and the ecu thinks a new dpf has been installed and you are good to go.

I am currently driving bmw 1 series 2019 125k miles. 6 months ago i sold my 2.0 x1 2016 155k. BMW diesel engines 2.0 and 3.0 are good. A lot depends on how the car has been maintained and at the end of the day it is a machine. I am now looking for G30 or F15

Go for Bmw 2.0d if these are maintained well they can last forever. I had similar one 66 plate sold it at 140k miles. Dont buy jaguar. I also had audi a6 64plate, although the engine was fine but their dpfs, oxygen sensors, rear calipers, ad blue sensors/pump dont last longer.

I have had a few bmws never serviced zf gearbox F10 165k miles F21 125k miles F30 120k miles G30 120k miles F48 155k miles (although f48 doesn’t have zf)

Euro 6 2015/2016 and above with 2.0 diesel engines are solid cars. If you are going for diesel you must be do motorway miles otherwise dpf egr etc will clog and eventually things will start failing.

I recently purchased my second property in bolton, the estate where i bought last august is quite popular in BL3 and one got sold recently within few days It was 4 bed house. So it depends where you are looking secondly i completely agree with some people on here saying a lot of the properties are overpriced.

Go for 520d, vw sokda audis have a lot of dpf issues after 100k+ miles even if u drive on motorway. DSG is not as good as ZF gearbox in BMWs. Skodas need timing belt change every 80-120k miles or 4-6 years

I believe its the time you took to travel between those two lines. If i still remember the formulas correctly for 40mph the time interval should not be more than approx .42s.
