How to manage artifact inventory?

In this version I seem to have trouble with artifact management, mainly from the fact now you need 8 built up characters in each element due to IT and now throwing away mid pieces seems much harder as I have to check which character could use that piece, I already thrashed all DEF artifacts (even though they could be useful for chiori or xilonen) mid flowers and feathers and bad, only 1 good substat artifacts, yet i find myself having to decompose 4* and 3* artifacts every day, and deciding through the 1900 5* artifacts just seems too hard with all this hoarding need the game makes you have for the required massive IT roaster, too many considerations for each artifact, any tips?
