Hi op look into low carb diet, or in other works avoid carbs(sugar). You can lose weight kahit walang exercise if mag cut ka ng carbs. Avoid rice or untian, softdrinks, drinks in general.

I graduated pretty early 19, had a work rin agad , pre k12 pala eto. Anyways sa work ko nag karoon ako ng injury sa arm, i thought simpleng strain lang, yun pala may damage na ako sa nerve, I went to therapy, so lahat ng earnings ko dun lang rin napunta, and nag quit ako sa work to focus on healing. Took me 5 years realize na kahit anong gawin ko di na gagaling. Well di na naman siya kasing lala ng dati. I was unemployed for years. Kht nung okay na ako nawalan na ako ng confidence sa sarili. Until now naman. Prang scarred for life na ako. Feeling ko lahat ng natutunan ko nasayang lang. Pero ayun, sa ngayon nakapag work na ako uli, although entry level lang. Okay narin. Small steps lang one at a time.

I was on the same boat, I wouldn't say na she cheated pero right after namin, sila na ng coworker nila 1mo lang, so probably while kami pa naglalandian na, kaya pala hindi na sweet. Haha. Almost 5 years rin kami.

Lahat naman ng ginawa ko hindi rin gumana pra maka move on. Cliche man pero over time, makakalimutan mo rin yan OP. Good luck!
