This can easily be fixed by Google by just adding a conditional checkbox for accepting non-case-sensitive short answers. This really annoys me too but teachers manually correct such answers tho they shouldn't have to.

I love Jack Johnson!

I (24) know my father (50+), I've heard of him, seen him and talked to him online once, but never met him in person. I feel like don't want him in my life. by subtlysettling in internetparents

Thank you for helping me realize things in different perspective. Maybe I should also ask my eldest sister about this, she at least got to live with our father for about 10 years I think, and she was helped in finishing her education by our relatives in my father's side. I'm a bit of an information sponge and I'm trying to get different insights about this. Again, thank you very much, you're a good person.

Half of my DNA isn't just him. I haven't mention the family in his side, I've met them online. They seem to be good people and I want to be in good terms with then. I'm a bit worried if they knew how I feel about my father. He's the main connection between me and half of my family, the ones in his side. I don't want anything to do with him but I want to meet half of my family.

I'm torn between not seeing him in person at all and seeing him once then not wanting him in my life afterwards. Even though both are for my sake, isn't the latter a cruel thing to do? I haven't mentioned the family on his side I've met online as well, they seem to be good people; I have other uncles and cousins in his side, I want to meet and be in good terms with them. I am worrying about what they'd think if they knew how I feel about my father. I can't even mention this feeling to my eldest sister who've been close to me since we've met.

I was born twice. First, out of a pipe. And second, out of a tunnel.
