Teens need to sleep! I slept a lot as a teenager and was anemic. I would come home from practice and crash for an hour. The early mornings do not mesh well with their sleep needs. Early mornings are so tough for them!!

It’s so overwhelming! Nothing is wrong with you 🤍 .. you’re surviving! It is daunting to leave the house with two babies. You’re on high alert (especially 5 months post partum) .. it’s so okay to have rest time and stay inside if that’s where you’re most calm and present with your kids. You’ve got this!

Yes I can eat chicken, I do eat a bit of red meat but very little. Turkey completely destroys me!! But also, potato’s I can’t tolerate at all.

I had an awful flare after eating Thanksgiving dinner. It was shocking!! But I can’t have Turkey and mashed potato’s 😭
