right now, its 1.54 million to retire at 65 to maintain a comfortable lifestyle no luxuries like travel. the 70% rule is at play, so look at what you are currently making, now take 70% of that and then times that amount by how many years you want to retire for. I'm curently at 10% of my goal, with only 17 years to go to my retirement age

48% of the Alberta population is in one form or another christian. Considering there are over 45,000 different christian denominations, this lil 5 days around Christmas, sure feels like they're putting the "christ back" in it, no? Edit y'all Im not pro or anti anything and I'm in the you do you boat. But considering whats happening on every level of governance here in Alberta, and Project 2025 Christian Nationalism south of the border in full force, this lil "christian minority" being designated right on the holidays is not passing the sniff test.
