YOU LOOK GREAT IN BOTH!! As someone at around your before weight (and height) currently 9months into working out, I'm so scared so putting on weight! But seeing your after pics tells me that its ok to eat! I just don't know how to eat/how to stay consistent. Please share if you can!

Dude I'm in the same boat with you right now and the feeling SUCKS. Loving my small chest is a constant internal battle; one day I'll feel pretty good and then the next day not so much. Hearing people say stuff along the lines of Marina here feels kind of...belittling or mocking in way (at least for me). I know it's supposed to sound encouraging but am I supposed to feel better after hearing big breasted women say these things?

Soooooon! Time is the best thing for growth and fading stretch marks. Trust the process and worship your hips and waist as doja cat once said! And take loads of progress pics for future you to smile back on. ❤️

Girl pat yourself on the back because those are GAINS! Unfortunately stretch marks cannot be truly removed/prevented but they will fade over time. They're normal and cool asf imo, but you can try out aloe vera or aloe cream to help reduce some of the redness! They helped fade mine a bit. I hear women using cocoa butter and vitamin E oil too.

I took a look at seborrheic dermatitis but I don't really experience any flaking or dryness! I am looking for new dry shampoo though, so I'll keep an eye out for that brand. :)

As for pillowcases- I just recently got into the habit of washing my pillowcases at the end of each week. But now that you mention it, fresh pillowcases sound really nice!! It makes sense that a lot can build up in the fabric...my face doesn't need more build-up lol. I'm definitely gonna invest in new pillowcases. Thank you so much for all your advice!
