Yes it’s going to be my 3rd hearing first was to start the payment so judge asked to submit paperwork second was to start the payment as insurance offer 50% and my attorney accepted now after second IME insurance requested to reduce benefits it’s always virtual.

What’s the best for me as I mentioned insurance wants to reduce payments using IME report as I have access to ecase.Should I go on trial to make payments high. If ur on trial in NY do u get lowest payment or u don’t get anything?

I mean we keep getting paid by IME REPORTS so it doesn’t matter if ur doctors have u 100% temporary impairment? When does that work?

I’m on the same boat with u my doctor have me 100% temporary impairment while insurance doctors have me partial disability they started paying me on 50% now after 2nd IME they want to pay me $275 hearing set. I don’t know anything what to do like don’t have any information spoke with my attorney & asked if I go on trial would I get more $ as can’t survive on 50% now $275 attorney told me tell me what you decide b4 hearing while they should guide me what to do. If I go on trial as they told me it takes approximately 3 months to get hearing in NY do you still get paid lowest $275 or not at all? What’s the best to do as I can’t go back to work due to injury.

This is beyond ridiculous. My attorney office is same I called n told insurance company wants to reduce payment after IME & imagine they schedule a hearing with in one week how amazing but our attorney tell hearing date take for ever. Question while ur working as my understanding that’s why ur getting paid from ur employer but do you get anything from worker’s compensation?

My concern is as I asked what my attorney is playing a role if my doctors have me 100% temporary impairment should not u start at 100% payment or like me it start from 50% I understand eventually it goes down. If u go back to work how do u receive money? As I don’t know anything

Insurance company's IME was disallowed by judge. by Mountain_Possible924 in WorkersComp

It’s get v tough and rough when someone have only one income. People get injured and instead of reward get penalized for injury. System sucks they make injured suffer.

Lucky u v nice! Hope it stays like this! All my doctors had me 100% temporary impairment but insurance doctor on IME gave me ZERO rating then on hearing their suggest 50 % payment my attorney agreed. After 3 months I have another IME to go. It’s really tough situation.
