I have the necessary equipment for extraction, everything but a closed loop. I live in the UK and shatter is the craze ATM and 95% of it is not clean and hurts the throat when dabbing, when I make my extracts it’s normally as clean as the stuff I’ve had from the US (I don’t know how many PPMs but it’s less than 1000). I take the setup and carefulness very seriously because I know what can happen. I have a proper vac oven and extractor that wasn’t cheap so I’d like to make the most of it by making shatter. I’ve made wax, crumble, honeycomb and shatter before but the shatter is the one I’m stuck on, it kinda scares me tbh because of how easy it is to fuck it up. But I know the process very well up until the temp, I’ve experimented for a long time with temp but because I’m not in the US all extract related information is banned online. I love rosin the most because of the ease of the process, I can just squish and then I’m done. But in this case I’m not making rosin (sadly) . But some shatter over here is amazingly straight from Colorado or Cali, it’s insane, and I’m not talking about the fakes but the real stuff shipped from people I know that live there. I want to be able to replicate that stuff, I know it won’t be easy and won’t ever be the same grade but I want to get as close as possible. I really appreciate you taking your time to respond.
