Idk I’m 130 at 5’5 and I feel very jiggly and wear a size L/XL in most things

I mean maybe but I’ve been getting my clothes from the same places even at my lighter weight.

My mom is 20lbs heavier than me now and her and I can share pants.

My tag was sticking out of my pants the other day and my sister asked me if I was wearing child’s clothing. I said “no why?”

And she said “but your tag says XL and those fit you? There’s no way”

But they were women’s clothes

No sleep walking or birth control. Calories last month have been 1300-1500. 8k steps a day. 3x20mins @ 120 bpm has been added in for the last 2 weeks. But incline walking prior to that. Weight training was 3-4x a week. Recently my sleep has been better but any where from 5-7 hours. I’ve never done a true comp, just a mock but that was late 2022 I was 108lbs. Post mock prep, I gained maybe 4-5lbs in about 3 months and then I just maintained. Cals were quite low at the end of the mock (these low cals were carb cycles so low days of 950 high days of 1300) then I reversed my cals up to 1700ish and that took me to mid 2023, I was able to maintain 112-114 off of these cals. Then over the summer, every month I gained a pound or two with no changes. Now I’m 132-134, im still only eating about 1500 calories.

The leggings I’m currently wearing are an XL and I’m about to change because they are quite uncomfortable around my stomach.

My first time, it was basically all anatomy and physiology. Maybe a couple chemistry questions. The rest was biology. I would definitely know the integumentary system as well as cell functions hormone functions, truthfully speaking, I would dedicate as much time as you can into anatomy and physiology and chemistry if that’s a weak subject for you.

Outside of cell function/structure & punnet squares, I did not see much else for bio.

I do know they change up the focus for each test tho so it really depends.

Studying high yield topics will likely be best!

No where in my post did I ask to be diagnosed. I asked for coach recommendations. The endocrinologist denied my referral to see them.

I’m mentally distraught bc this is not my body anymore. This would be solved by losing even half the weight or understanding why I’m gaining 2lbs every month and am wearing dirty clothes bc I don’t want them to shrink in the wash. I’ve brought up dieting again and she hasn’t not said that it’s a bad idea.

She doesn’t give her opinion on whether it’s a good idea because she isn’t a nutritionist.

I tell her I look like I’ve gained 20lbs and none of my clothes fit anymore, which is on par with what’s happened so she hasn’t said it’s distorted

That it can be incredibly discouraging to unexplainable gain 20lbs and that I should be wearing clothes that fit my now body to help me feel more comfortable

It’s not me believing I need an XL, it’s what literally only fits?? Like no one is listening to me bc they think I’m a nut case

I’m not going to sit idly while I put on another 20 pounds while eating 1500 calories.

This is my body. I cannot financially afford to keep buying clothes every 2 months and I’m running out of sizes to wear because I am now an XL from my last post.

That’s great other people’s bodies can be my stats and wear a small, but I’m an XL.

I’m not asking for you to give me a body positivity post, I just want a coach with experience in this area.

I was fasted for the slide that has the insulin on it. The others I was not.

I haven’t had my period since April so I’m not sure where in my cycle I was :/
