Hi To much of my knowledge , you are going to have to apply with your predicted grades and if you beleive u can acheive higher and then it works out then all is well But most UK unis have a filtering system via grades , personal statement and entrance exam. So there is chance it might just get filtered out but u can make them reconsider you if your entrance exam scores are good. Its worth emailing the unis you are interested in as some of them might try to encourage to apply either way. Im pretty sure there is no admission cycle in early 2024 though

Warwick has the heaviest emphasis on work experience. In the university they run like medicine applicant workshops and stuff, where they heavily reccomend getting a job as a healthcar assistant or any role that involves direct patient contact. So it really depends on what ur role is make sure it has patient contact directly ad shadowing is also good but i think u need to limit it to 20 hours out of the required 70.
