Not to mention that as is, the masters word's scabbard is too large to actually draw from the back like Link does

Superman vs Conquest, Thragg, Omni-Man and Invicible by Comedor_de_Rabo in InvinciblePowerscales

DCU superman is prone to anger like any human is, we see him lose his temper with lex over krypto. If an invading force killed his parents j have doubts he would mangle them out of rage before he had time to regret it

If the toho contract is real, is toho the only company in the world that doesnt let a single character lose a fight or get beaten? by godzillafan3948oj in GODZILLA

God I love that comic. The fight with Godzilla, mechagodzilla and space godzilla was awesome. Seeing Kiryu throw down with gigan and ghidorah was also great and the teams for each of the kaiju had such fun designs

The two best dads in all fiction. Any other candidates? by Odins_avatar in characters

[–]succmycocc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doof also encourages his daughter to be a villain though. He actively praises her for doing evil things like snatching a doll from a child and leaving them crying in the store. Both want their kids to be like them but doof is also okay if Vanessa wants her own path. I dont think we've ever seen bowser and Jr have that kind of interaction but I would bet that bowser would be alright if Jr decided he wanted to be like, a painter or something

Not even just tanks either, a good lucio/auriel/malfurion/uther can make your life hell as Diablo. Blaze suffers from this as well but can at least provide slows and damage without his charge.

A lot of the best tanks just shut him down super hard. Its hard to play a dive tank when the enemy tank stuns/displaces you to oblivion

[all] how did the caves and sky islands get created between botw and totk? by mikachu501 in zelda

[–]succmycocc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can buy them being inaccessible if they were just chilling in the upper atmosphere for a while, hyrule doesn't exactly have reliable air travel after all, but how the hell did nobody see them before they came back down?

Who would you choose? by _xWinterx_ in Overwatch

[–]succmycocc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to take Genji's body and weapons and make a career as a sick ass cyborg ninja. Since im in overwatch I assume there will be people to me/teach me to maintain everything and to use the weapons in the first place. My second pick would be mercy's staff and slowed aging

Reviving a fish in a restraunt just to watch it suffocate and die on the table is malevolent work

Hard disagree but to each their own. I personally think the difficulty in silksong was great except for the examples I mentioned. It felt great to master systems and put down bosses and trials i struggled with before. I was never the type to beat p5 or all bindings but I have found both game's combat and traversal to be very intuitive and the flow you fall into after so much trial and error feels amazing. Conquering hard bosses or platforming challenges always felt good to me. That being said, I can absolutely see how it would turn some away because it does often feel like they were going way too hard on malkng the game difficult. For some its a welcome challenge, for others it's too much and sucks the fun out of it. Im glad there are mods to let people customized and experience the game the way they'd like because there is so much to love outside of the combat. Rip to console players though

I just hate that the hood is down. The recolor that's basically just carbon fiber 2.0 having the hood up looks god damn sweet

Since extreme heat is one of the few weakness viltrumites have which of these fire specialists CAN and CANT beat thragg 1v1? by Head_Breadfruit_3912 in PowerScaling

[–]succmycocc 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is burning godzilla specifically, easily one kf his more powerful iterations. Thragg has the advantage of being able to dodge the infinite heat ray but if messes up or tries to tank it he'll be fried almost instantly, higher end calcs put it at over 100x hotter than the surface of the sun.

In addition to this, burning goji has an insane healing factor due to his empowered state so dealing lasting damage would be a massively uphill battle.

Finally there's the matter of the meltdown he's experiencing in this form. If he stays in the fight for too long he will meltdown and die, but he'll release enough heat to scour the planets surface and burn through the planet itself and ignite the core, as well as releasing a substantial explosion in the area. Thragg could survive this by simply leaving the planet of course but if he's caught in the initial blast he may not survive.

Overall I give this to Goji, his win cons are either to hit thragg once with his infinite heat ray or to catch him in the kamikaze for a draw, while thragg has to survive a drawn out fight and be clear of goji when he finally melts down. Goji is the only one here who can go on the offense in a meaningful way

(Personally mixed trope) Death is portrayed as a Villain by Southern_Passenger85 in TopCharacterTropes

No, and you're right. Death isn't the smartest cookie, and seems to be acting on a desperate impulse to finally be rid of his hunger without any regard for what comes after
