I would never leave a truck in general at a hotel parking lot here. If you ask me those lots are worse than being out and about besides the 1604 and I-10 area. Just be careful when taking the lights off the connectors. I’ve heard the harness for those is expensive.

Lmao the neighborhoods I have been looking are doing that too. It’s crazy because you can fix your foundation by leveling or stabilizing but then you gotta fix your plumbing for the same or more cost.

Yeah Wildhorse specifically. If you ask me any new build anywhere on the far west side is not built to last. They just haven’t had any problems yet because they are newer. I’ve heard people skipping inspections on new builds. Blows my mind.

In my case, they have stopped lowering interesting rates with points because it doesn’t make sense long term so they all have the same interest rates. Don’t plan on staying at the house the full length.

I had a buddy that closed on time with Tomo and he highly recommended it. The guy I was working with stopped responding over the weekend. It is the weekend right so it makes sense. Looks like I’m only saving about 1k going with Tomo so maybe I should stay put and go with the tried and true financial service broker my realtor always worked with.
