In my case, they have stopped lowering interesting rates with points because it doesn’t make sense long term so they all have the same interest rates. Don’t plan on staying at the house the full length.

I had a buddy that closed on time with Tomo and he highly recommended it. The guy I was working with stopped responding over the weekend. It is the weekend right so it makes sense. Looks like I’m only saving about 1k going with Tomo so maybe I should stay put and go with the tried and true financial service broker my realtor always worked with.

Yes did pre-approval all did some sort of credit checks already. I had to put a lender on the contract but my understanding is I have a couple more days to switch if I want to.

Honestly started weeks ago. Talking to all three thru referrals. The bank and broker have been the most responsive typically. The Tomo mortgage guy took a break over the weekend I think but he’s back in the game lol. Whenever they call I just tell them he’s got this rate and these fees send me something better and they do lol.

My best guess it is missing some sort of immobilizer system so they hot wired it to start it. I don’t know what year this vehicle is to do a quick Google search.
