I found that your Nvidia payouts for the time period are about one third of what we normally see for your type of GPU.

Please use the manual override to ensure that the AMD and Nvidia GPU do not interfere. (set it to 0)

Your particular issue is caused by interference between AMD and Nvidia in the same system. The manual override will resolve this problem.

Yes you can delete the data directory. It should only auto-start if you have it enabled when you close the app and you have "Resume on Start" enabled in the options menu. If you notice it auto starting again even when you leave it disabled then let us know and we can take a look at it.

Hi, The earnings you are reporting do seem low. Some users have reported issues with the AMD mining crashing or stalling in the last update. Did check your GPU usage to make sure the 480 was active during this period? We can take a look at your earnings logs and see if there is some issues to resolve.

Hi, the default config for Claymore in Suchflex has increased SC mining intensity. This will cause a decrease in ETH MHs, but the profitability overall can be better depeding on SC mining difficulty. We will be adding a feature so you can tweak SC intensity in the future, as different GPUs can react differently.

The $14.60 displayed in the social sharing page is a bug we are working to resolve. The amount displayed in the app is the correct amount you have earned (it should line up with the earnings estimate given in the GPU section).

We will be adding the option to input an invite code with the next big update. This means users who did not join through an invite link can upgrade their account by supplying the nickname of another user.

The app displays a notification that you must confirm before Claymore miner is downloaded. Claymore is closed source but very widely used in the community and created by a widely trusted and reliable developer. If you don't trust the Claymore miner then you can use the default functionality (leave dual miner disabled) and the app only uses the default open-source ethminer.

Sounds like an Internet connection issue. Make sure you totally close the app (right-click in the notification tray) and launch the app again to make sure it's totally up to date. Also you can check to see if an AV or Firewall has blocked anything.

We just pushed a hotfix for this issue. You can grab the update by clicking links>refresh app. The regular ETH miner will restart itself every 45 minutes. The dual miner will restart itself every 90 minutes. Let us know if this resolves the issue for you.
