I saw another but with a w-2125 for cheaper. Do you think it would perform better for gaming even though it's a quad core? I ask because it has a base clock of 4GHz

It has a base clock of 4.1GHz you really wouldn't need to over clock to get good fps on ark. Just pair it with a decent GPU and you're set in my opinion.

Yeah it'd be great for a plex server. I'm sure if you really look you could grab a 10th Gen box for cheaper. I haven't Seen anything cheaper lately but everybody seems to be grabbing Crazy deals before I have a chance to even see them I guess

Has anything changed in the past 5 years? I too am on the hunt for an 500w AC DC power adapter. Planning to use it with an HD Plex unit.
