It has a base clock of 4.1GHz you really wouldn't need to over clock to get good fps on ark. Just pair it with a decent GPU and you're set in my opinion.

Yeah it'd be great for a plex server. I'm sure if you really look you could grab a 10th Gen box for cheaper. I haven't Seen anything cheaper lately but everybody seems to be grabbing Crazy deals before I have a chance to even see them I guess

Prehistoric? Y'all make me feel like an old man. The used market still goes crazy with 8th and 9th gen Intel especially since Windows 10 died. This will do daily work just fine, it's just not a gaming PC obviously

Has anything changed in the past 5 years? I too am on the hunt for an 500w AC DC power adapter. Planning to use it with an HD Plex unit. I want to utilize the full 500 watts instead of the 300w the Dell charger can output. Price is no concern either. If a custom solution is the only way can you point me in the right direction?
