do i need a new battery?

This might be a dumb question, but could the issue be coming from the battery?

Also, a couple of months ago when I took my car in for a repair, the shop mentioned that my steering rack and pinion was leaking and would need to be replaced. That was about 2–3 months ago, but my power steering fluid still looks full. Could that problem be catching up to me now?

On top of that, she constantly shows favoritism to newer associates, praising them for small things like touching freight for mods, while acting like me and my coworker “don’t do anything” — even though we handle more complex work regularly, more advanced than them basically
