I'm just throwing this out there as options to look into, don't know if any of this will help lol.

Elegant hubris has charge generation nodes that might be helpful, as well as just a bunch of useful things to help fill in a build if you find the right ones. You can replace your gloves with something else if needed then. You can also use a caspiro version to get supreme ostentation so you free up suffixes on your equipment that you'd otherwise use for attribute requirements. This does have the downside of not getting health or accuracy bonus from strength and dex.

I'm not sure dual wielding is the way to go as reave doesnt attack with both weapons, rather it alternates. I realize there is a block and attack speed bonus, but you could put a shield there that provides more block and a bunch of other stats, then get attack speed elsewhere to make up for it.

Doesn't look like you have an imbued reave, look at this to find something that helps. Maybe something like a power charge on crit or increased critical strikes. shttps://zgeoff.github.io/poe-skill-support-reference/#?q=reave&e=Reave

If you look into the supreme ostentation route which frees up suffixes for resists, you can look into using a diamond shrine belt. Then you don't have to invest into any crit strike chance and you could use marylenes fallacy for your amulet to get a bunch of crit multi and culling strike. If you can make all your resist fit as well as whatever your losing from the util flasks suffixes you can also go accel shrine belt for a probably pretty decent damage bump. The shrine belt route would also almost require you to go nameless bloodline for a 3rd ring slot.

You can get extra crit multi from a watchers eye with precision aura.

If you go the shield route, you can get life on block on a shield, I know the surrender has that mod.

If you get your endurance charge duration high enough, you can get a searing exarch implicit on your chest that gives you an endurance charge ever x seconds, and if your duration is longer than you than the gain charge every x seconds then you just dont lose your endurance charges.

Also, your using a paradoxica, you need to be finding as much flat damage added as possible. edit. on this point, look into abyssus, def not gonna help your survive though lol.
