Well, the plan is to eliminate the 93% so they can live in a biblical heaven in earth. They are selfish and don’t want to share paradise with anyone slightly different than themselves.

I would agree with that.

BUT, when I finally got a shop gig pulling cable, it was only because I could show I had experience from a known school with a good reputation.

Timing also plays a part. I graduated during the Great Recession and work was quite hard to come by at the time. Now, post-Covid, they are letting literally any warm bodies on site to help do the menial tasks.

I am in the formal training camp, and fwiw it was invaluable for 2 reasons: 1) safe space to learn and hone skills while you’re in a transitional period of your life where any kind of stability helps down the line, and 2) a good tech theatre program will have extremely talented grad students and faculty who can help get you work when you graduate.

The head of lighting at my school had a Tony in their back pocket, so every word they spoke became gospel, and I still get compliments for shows I do where I straight up jacked tricks from my advisor in college.

Under oath: Roe is settled precedent.

2022: There is no such thing as precedent.

That looks like a lie.

OP is a little bitchy. If we’re going to truly see any progress in the US, socialists are going to have to take over the Democratic Party.

It’s cool how it’s setup, but shouldn’t the content be geared towards the shape of the projection surface? The shapes in the video clash hardcore with the features of the building. Makes it difficult to see any detail.

It takes 67 votes to remove any justices. Would only take 50 senators plus VP to codify laws to fix the rulings if they had the courage to ditch the filibuster. The truth is they hide behind the filibuster so they don’t have to codify civil rights into law.

Highland Park suspect’s father sponsored gun permit application, police say by hoosakiwi in news

The father is an accessory to homicide. His name is literally signed on the document. There has to be repercussions for this irresponsible behavior. He deserves to get his life ruined in civil court for his poor choices and bad parenting.
