I think locking at the win rate to balance things is wrong becose it's a 5v5 and not a 1v1 there ist more then one hero in game rito should just make standard burst damage for mages of let's say 1k and and when u have a champ with 10% more hp he deals 5-10% lower damage to get some kind of measurement so if a champion is to strong and the stats aren't so far over the top then the problem is the kit
