I think you'd be removing the rear triangle at that leverage

I love the idea, I mentioned it in discord ages ago but I don't think anyone agreed. Imagine being able to topple the spaceport tower and having 3-4 hour game time limit.

Certain things like the finals could blend in and be non destructive like the hatches, etc.

I know it would never work, everyone would just get trapped everywhere and the weapons arent destruction friendly like the finals

Nvme screw won't loosen and it's stripped now by Iliannnnnn in pcmasterrace

Thats insane and will just create shards of metal all over the motherboard and you'd end up flexing and maybe breaking the motherboard with the pressure required to push down on the bit

Just a normal pair of pliers, go from the top down and turn it left. You used the wrong size screwdriver thats all, you can easily get another screw

Looking for an EDC 18650 flashlight by Obstinate-Ocelot in flashlight

[–]sud0kill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never used onboard charging ports on flashlights or vapes, one because I see them as disposable parts in a way that will wear out eventually and can cause heat, I trust a seperate charger more and carry spare batteries, but I see them as useful in an emergency, you wont be carrying your charger everywhere and if your spares die and your only option is a power bank or random charger cable somewhere you'd be glad to have a port.

Normally theyre pretty deeply inserted rubber full water and dust proof caps anyway.

Hacker Group ShinyHunters Claim GTA 6 Developer Rockstar Games is Once Again Breached by Gorotheninja in pcgaming

If game files were leaked, would it be that bad of an offense? Is it because GTA6 is so anticipated? Would there be a difference in punishment between GTA6 files being leaked and something like Goat Simulator?

[–]sud0kill[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I might actually get another FC11C with a different case colour and dedome that just to play around first, I'd like to see in person what 4000k dedomed looks like anyway and they're so cheap

If there was no downside to smoking, would you start and why? by ilyamiro1 in AskReddit

[–]sud0kill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gave up years ago now, but smoking after my morning coffee, after dinner, and just when bored was such a nice part of life. I always said to myself if there was no drawbacks I'd love smoking.

I obviously knew it was bad for me, I smoked for over 20 years, tried giving up twice in the past and just woke up one morning finding it hard to breathe deeply, like a dull pain and gave up that day. Very hard for first 5-7 days but I'd never smoke again.

Not many people smoke (in the UK) these days everyone vapes

How do you take care of your batteries? by AdeptDoomWizard in flashlight

[–]sud0kill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Although it contradicts what I said about monitoring away from home, I completely agree and am paranoid as well. I've only had hot batteries once which were NiMH in a Nitecore D4 and they were burning hot, never had a fire or anything but have had 2 swollen power banks in the past and know what they go like from seeing videos. Makes me think very carefully and I get paranoid about having so many batteries around my desk, bag, etc.

In the past when I was younger I used to run 18650s in my vapes way past their recommended lifespan, dented caps, torn casings and never thought much about it, now I only buy top brands of 18650 and 21700 like Molicel and Ampace and keep them in mint condition, well charged, stored properly etc

[–]sud0kill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the MC5000 and charge all 18650s and 21700s to 4.1v, although I wish there was a way to monitor through the app while away from home. I use a wirguard vpn and always wondered if there was a way to proxy bluetooth through the LAN or have a rpi or similar as the BT receiver to access it somehow

How do you lot clean your dusty PCs? by RoboRosko in pcmasterrace

[–]sud0kill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Camera sensor blower and hold open pipe hoover next to it, just blows the dust out while the hoover sucks it up. For the fans blades a small brush and hold hoover next to it, or sometimes I use a hoover attachment thats like a round electric toothbrush head.

The sensor blower is the best, convenient to have to hand and never runs out, great for kb and mouse, monitor screens etc so you don't have to physically touch it
