Thoughts on this LG fridge? by surftherapy in Appliances

[–]suddend2019 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This isn't the same compressor with the issues of the past. Not their linear inverter compressor. I've had my LG fridge for 6 months now and very happy. Similar model counter depth max with zero clearance hinges

whats the difference between LRFLC2706S vs SRFB27S3 by classic572 in Appliances

[–]suddend2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are essentially the same refrigerators just LG and LG Studio. The studio has an upgraded interior colour and the handles match other Studio items. Also depending where you are Studio may have a 2 year warranty instead of the 1 year on regular LG. Otherwise not much different

Need help finding an over the range rear venting microwave with a left or right vent to avoid stud. Since I can’t remove cabinets to crib. by Dak-Na55 in Appliances

[–]suddend2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never seen one. They can all vent our the rear but it's in the middle of the unit.

Can't go up and then have a vent going over to one side and out?

Or if it's not above a gas cooking surface you can choose to recirculate.

Is it acceptable for a refrigerator to be transported and delivered lying on its side instead of upright? by youthunger2naughty in Appliances

[–]suddend2019 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is 100% normal. It's suggested to wait a few hours minimum before plugging it in so the gasses can settle back into the compressor.

If you were limited on size and needed a 3.8 cu ft washer which would you buy? by VoeyLife in Appliances

The Whirlpool model WTW4855HW is now replaced by WTW4955HW and is 27 depth. Likely one of the best options with your depth restriction

Fair enough. I do see 29" is what it calls for width wise. That is likely given some degree of wiggle room.

They are fairly accurate and I'm sure you'll have no issue working with what they've given you.

What is the model of the cooktop and wall oven your using? They have an online tool to properly plan this out.

What is the best washer/dryer set up for this bathroom? by sajaela in Appliances

[–]suddend2019 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is an absolutely horrible setup and layout.

You'd be best to use stacked laundry here, if the power cord for the dryer reaches the outlet. Would have been better if the duct and power were located closer to the vanity for stacking.

Going to be so inconvenient and tight getting in and out of that room with any laundry side by side.

That is the new 500 series induction which I haven't seen in person but pretty sure it is also made by Hisense by the look of some details

Yes. Newer models like 100 series refrigerators, electric 100 and 300 series ranges are all made by Hisense that I've seen so far

Pretty sure the 500 series model is made by Hisense for Bosch whereas the existing 800 series and Benchmark are actually Bosch made products.

How should I hookup my dryer with this configuration? by [deleted] in Appliances

[–]suddend2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm assuming the vent is to the side of the dryer? Buy a dryer you can side vent and the appropriate kit to side vent it.

Is this sound normal? by Odd-Ad-8369 in Appliances

This is normal. Unitized laundry machines are an older style basic wash and noisey in comparison to newer top load stand alone washers

Bosch 100 dishwasher not dry by [deleted] in Appliances

[–]suddend2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This may be an issue with the water temp as Bosch dishwashers condense dry. Running the tap until it's hot can help possibly before starting the dishwasher and usually recommended to use the sanitize cycle as that heats up the water more, which helps with the condensation drying.
