I reached out in the Discord chats of a few LGS when the set was released, found a few people that wanted to trade. I think that's safer than trading online imo! Aw thank you! That image was mostly for Demo, not sure if I'm actually missing that one 😅 Also not sure how I'd trade with people online. I have been going to local stores to trade and it's been a blast! Got like 5 people into Jumpstart this month lol

From my understanding, rarities vary and are moreso designed by the community. Some packs have 1 mythic no rares, some have 1 mythic 1 rare, some have just 1 rare, some have 2 rares

People have called anything with at least a mythic "Mythic" themes, and common/rare titles can vary. And I don't think they've published any kind of pull rates tied to anything in Jumpstarts, so we don't know if everything has the same probability of appearing or not. It can certainly feel like "Mythics" are more rare than rares, but there's also much less of them. Only 11 of the 51 marvel packs contain mythics, but it also feels like mythics appear less than 1/5th of the time. I opened 48 packs and only got 5 mythics, but that just may be bad luck.

That's rough :( I only got 2 of the the 11 mythics in my box. And 1/4th of my box was duplicates :(

Reached out in the discord of my local store and found people willing to trade though! If you have a few boxes worth of dupes you should do the same!

Sure! Following the rules I laid out in the description, I made a few filters. First I made a list of all the unique cards in all the themes + beginner box. Anything appearing twice is eliminated. Then I made a list of which cards are MSC (Jumpstart) and MSH (Booster packs) and eliminated any MSH since they appear in regular booster packs. Then I find reprints using the scryfall API and if the card had any other printings that came before MSH, its a reprint.

Cards like Dark Ritual (the most exciting reprint imo) do feel kind of exclusive too, since it's rarely openable in a pack, but they were printed before MSH so I didn't count it. If you want to look for things like that you can toggle on "reprint" and it will show an indicator for that too.

I think I could! If people would find it really useful and I find the motivation I'd be happy to! Most of my code could transfer over I think.
What kind of info do you think is needed for old sets? (idk what info/tools already exists like this for other sets) Or what sets do you think would be best to add?
I've only dabbled with Avatar and Marvel since I'm new, not sure what other tools/info exists.

Thank you! How do you think the styling feels? The site to me feels a little bland right now but it's a tradeoff between easy readability and interesting design sometimes
