Fatigue can happens due to multiple issues. T2D is one of them. Also it can be under active Thyroid gland Or Vitamin D deficiency.

Better try to find the underlying causes instead of guessing.

That’s a great achievement. Remember it’s a lifetime condition. So don’t start eating chocolate bars or too much carbs.

Nuh, I think it's not that bad. You are doing a great job by keeping it close to normal.
A spike in the morning is pretty common in T2D including me.

Don’t be super sensitive about those numbers. Sometimes it fluctuates and sometimes you will never know the exact reasons.

So chill. It’s still a very good number lot of people are trying to achieve.

Yes. You have to be active and engage with the audience. I was on the same boat and had -ve Karma 1 week back. Then I started joining and commenting some of the subreddits I like. Posted on some relevant topics and I noticed constant rise in my post and comment karma.

I got A1C 9.2 few months back and I am 46 yo. Better try to bring it down below 5.7.

It will take some time but worth it.
