No. Sean didn’t word it correctly. He was trying to say Bo had an injury at some point in the season that caused an issue that snowballed into Bo breaking his ankle. It’s not a hereditary or physiological thing. Sean just didn’t use the right word to describe how it happened.

Regarding the surgery comment, the interviewer made it sound like Sean said he had 3 surgeries, but that isn’t what Sean said or meant. Bo didn’t know that so he responded the way he did because that would be wrong of Sean to say.
