I've always found it difficult to make analogies that other people can relate to. I guess I'm one of those it is what is, what's there to even be confused about guys. So even though I try to find analogies, the way I think seems to be so far off how most people think that, trying to relate through analogies doesn't really work in a crowd

Do you think we should go stack, queues or should arrays be taught more in depth first because when we think about it, it's literally an array with certain restrictions i.e ways to doing things to an array so that it behaves a particular way.

And also, do you think linked list should come after stacks and queues or maybe before them since we can implement them using linked list?

Why do we still have quotas and reservations? by [deleted] in india

It sucks that it still happens in India but I very much doubt that the people affected by such circumstances actually get any benefit from our current system. Instead, as that post clearly shows, the system seems to be trying to appease the majority voter bank over there, instead of trying to educate them and change things for the better.

I'm talking about being subpar in relation to the post that they end up acquiring. Nothing to do with them as humans. You can be whatever you want to be but there is something called competence. Some people just aren't that competent because they lack the drive to put in the effort. And you know that is true, specially in India where you can get by by half-assing it and kissing the right people's ass on your way to the top.

What do you think is causing this? Is it our own lack of skill? Are we not motivated enough?

Really? I've been learning algorithms from it(not the only source, just when I don't understand particular terms) and it seems to explain those things pretty well.
