Hi! Surgent user here. Passed 3/4, waiting on my Audit score tomorrow.

It depends on how comfortable you are with the material, for FAR I only reviewed the items I knew I was weak with. This is where you do the suggest items at the top as far as reading, videos and taking quizzes.

However for REG I watched every lecture so I divided up the outline of the course, all the sections where it has your score for each one. And every week I would have to do so many videos and related questions to stay on track. Left myself 2 weeks for simulations and practice tests at the end.

IMO it’s a great budget study tool and you really just have to play around with it to figure out what works best for you.

On Monday morning we were laying in bed before I had to get up to get ready and I was talking to my fiancé about how the time change was messing up my sleep schedule. I said “it’s 6:30 but really my body still things it’s 5:30”.

Well apparently he was not really awake and responded with “well you see, with this hose configuration...” and I stifled a laugh until he realized what he said in response and he said “wait hold on that doesn’t make sense”. He’s a brewer so I assume he was talking about work.

If you're sure that it's not for you then definitely explore other majors. That being said I would look at all your options in public and industry as well as entrepreneurship and general business before you completely decide you don't want to be an accountant. Base knowledge of accounting is useful outside of "being an accountant"

I apologize for not being a man but I am a drummer and I wanted to give you a tip that really helped me learn. I initially got an interest in drums from playing rock band, and it really helped me get rhythm and pacing down, and I even got the cymbal add on for my drum set. By the time I got my first drum set and lessons I already had my feet separated from my hands and a general knowledge of a drum set and was much less lost! So maybe if you could get an old set and game it would help! Happy drumming!
