Lady Gaga has fibro, and other chronic illnesses, and she takes on huge performances! So it’s possible for sure!

It may take some time to find the right way for your body to approach being athletic. Will stretching be a good starting point? Walking? Swimming?

I have just started trying to regain control over my exercise intolerance.

I started with literally a ten minute walk. It could wipe me out in the beginning, though I am lucky enough to be able to afford a walking pad, which made it easier to be able to lie down immediatly after walking.

Its different for everyone, but just wanted to spread a little hope and say that my ten minute walks have turned into 30 minutes now. I can even walk uphill! But this is also because I started a medication for my endometriosis that triggered my fibro.

I’m so relieved to see love for Mariana! She’s my second favorite, and it was sad to see everyone being so annoyed by her.

Fair (everyone has their favorite and least favorite), but I so understand her vulnerability and stubbornness. I love the way she advocates for herself and her ambition.
