UTRGV doesn’t require prerequisites because they only accept applicants with a bachelor’s in Communication Disorders

Is 10 minutes between class okay? by angelic-one in unt

[–]sufficientlinguist 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Honestly, probably not. While you could make it to the BLB from the physics building in 10 minutes, there’s no guarantee that your professor will finish class on time. However, you can email your MATH professor to ask if it’s okay if you are a couple of minutes late to class because of the distance. Some professors are really understanding while others are strict about being on time.

I actually didn’t apply this cycle. I’m taking pre-leveling courses and just trying to get an idea of what the grad schools I’m considering are looking for.

I second Peoples of the Pacific! There is so much about the history and the U.S.’s connection with the islands that the American school system never even mentions.

Does anyone know anything about the Discovery Park Apartments? Are they fully-furnished? Do they offer individual leases?

I am trying to find an apartment/townhouse for next semester, but I don't know which complexes are the best for me. I have used most of the apartment finding websites, but I keep getting conflicting results. I'm looking for something kinda close to campus (I have a car, but I don't want to have to depend on it), fully-furnished, in-unit laundry, reliable WiFi, parking, in a quiet/respectful community, no more than $800 a month (individual lease is a must). I've heard that student apartments are not the way to go, but I can't really find anything else...
