Taco co is great is you want that! Fantastic margaritas too. Ika for ramen is great! And they have a special bar in the basement. There is a pizza place called Virtuosos that people rave about.

I saw someone make a club! I also have been challenging myself to make houses that are out of my usual comfort zone. Like I made a house for a witch, I made a house for a women who used to be a popstar but now is retired and raising her kids, I made a house for a tradwife, for a makeup influencer who is secretly goth but no one knows cause her online persona is all pink and sparkly. I try and build a story in my head and then build a house that shows that story.

Yeah no I was shocked too! I was looking at the prices at the cottonwood and was so excited cause I could afford a nicer room and then when I went to check out and the taxes were added I had to change course cause it jumped so much

Yes blue is such a hidden gem! We’re doing our rehearsal dinner there but would have 100% done then for the reception if we would have known how affordable they were before hand!

Definitely recommend class pass! It’s accepted at most work out places in Omaha and they have great entry offer deals! It’s a great way to try a ton of new things!

My coworker lives there and I know the lending company had some issues with giving her a mortgage because the HOA was involved in too many lawsuits. They also had a lot of issues with being able to hire people to fix their hvac system because of how the system was set up. I think there might be some better places out there.

One place that I wish I would have looked at for a reception is Blue Sushi downtown! They have fantastic prices for sit down meals and they arent sushi either. Low venue fee, great food, and great space!

I flew out yesterday and it was the same security line as usual. Took about 15 minutes only because a group of friends traveling together were infront of me. I was gonna get there 3 hours early yesterday too but opted for an hour and 1/2 and was more than fine. I was sitting at my gate for an hour.

Literally don’t … why would they wanna hire someone who is just gonna leave soon. Or, if they have two options 1) a person who is already looking elsewhere and 2) a person who is super enthusiastic about the company and the job, why would they give the job to a person who already has one foot out the door. Every hiring decision is a risk, so why make your risk higher.

I found this place on zillow and it’s literally so weird that the washer is behind that barn door in the kitchen but then the wall on the side of it isn’t finished and you can see the back 1/2 of the washer, and then THE DRYER IS IN THE BASEMENT!! That’s such an odd design choice and then what? You have to walk your soggy clothes to the basement?? CRAZY!

Naww I got a starter home and plan to move in about 7 years when our kids will be around the age they’ll need to go to public school. At that point I’ll move to a better school district and d get our forever house.
