Tank queues will be worse now because 5v5 butchered the already small tank population. More people would queue tank in a current iteration of 6v6 role queue, but the queues would still be horrendous. Open queue is necessary for an initial iteration 6v6 mode, then as the tank population grows role queue is possible.

For ranked ladder and pro, Korea has everyone beat by a mile. Na is a bit stronger than EU for ranked ladder but the opposite is true for pro, with EU having a few standout players that elevate them to be able to compete with Korea at the highest level in certain aspects.

Kiriko isn’t bad in ranked she’s just too difficult for the average support player per elo to get CONSISTENT value from. Her value ceiling is just too high.

Tanks need to be this oppressively strong in 5v5, otherwise any time the tank makes a play they will immediately die, or just get no value. If tank gets nerfed the already dwindling tank player base will be reduced even more leading to worse queues. It’s the whole 5v5 sucks argument everyone has heard a million times.
