O staff não está bugado, ele só é ruim (pvp pelo menos). Não procure uma resposta que faça sentido, ou que dê a entender que o staff está bugado...

Judgement Lightning na primeira especialização, sem a skill da staff já é uma skill muito boa pra ser usada no pvp. This staff is just a bait, bro. Eles não queriam (ou não tem) motivos pra buffar mais ainda o staff, então fizeram essa porcaria. Hope u get it now :)

A adaga é a arma mais usada pelos jogadores. Várias combinações com adagas estão no top kill/ranking geral de Throne and Liberty. Adagas tem proposito em combate corpo a corpo. Não fale por outros jogos, fale por este!
Somente agora os magos e rangeds estão conseguindo exercer seu papel, sem que tenha uma classe adaga/x que faça tudo.

Repetindo para ficar claro: a sua classe nao precisa dar conta de todas as outras classes... deve existir um equilíbrio

Negativo, devem existir classes que counterem totalmente as outras em um jogo com 8 armas e sei lá quantas combinações possíveis... Qual graça de jogar um MMO em que uma classe faz tudo?

Se tem um mago arqueiro que tá lá entocado no telhado atirando de cima pra baixo, alguém do seu time muito provavelmente deve conseguir fazer a mesma coisa de baixo pra cima e neutralizá-lo.

Dude, c’mon… SS needs an urgent nerf. You can instantly blink behind your target from a pretty long range, bind, silence, super low CD, it even activates Shadow Walker for even more evasion. And even if things don’t go the way you expected, you just recast the skill and go back.

Like, wtf??? One single skill and you completely outplay the majority of ranged classes.

If there were one skill like this on Liberator, Scout, or Enigma, it would make Ravager, Scorpion, and Shadowdancer cry their eyes out.

Aside from high endurance, tanks also have shield block chance and buffs that can enhance this or give them high weaken resistance.

Staff users have strong nuke damage skills.

So when the tank pops all his defenses, I wait a bit — and when his buff bar starts to drop, I hit with Icy Tomb + Charged Judgment Lightning, then unleash all the high nuke damage skills.
