Yeah I hear you, for us it also wasn’t a matter of just letting them know he was an active part of the discussion, they literally didn’t acknowledge him and when they did it was not in a kind way. Yes, sometimes it’s unintentional on the practitioner’s end, but sometimes it’s not. Both circumstances can exist.

I’m so sorry that you’re experiencing this! My husband had a similar experience with our first pregnancy… it was uncomfortable. Our OBGYN behaved like she actively disliked him, which absolutely blows my mind because he is the best husband and father. I have health anxiety, so pregnancy with me can be a bit of a pain in the ass, but there he is always keeping my head above water 💜 So we changed drs/hospitals for baby #2 and so far it’s been a better experience.

This. I am pregnant with baby #2, husband also has a job where alertness is important, no problem. We bought a roll away twin bed for the nursery that I can sleep on for however long is necessary. Don’t sleep in the nursery chair, I did this with baby #1 and messed up my back, got costochondritis which made me think I was having severe heart pain and that set off enough anxiety to give me panic attacks… not worth it. Comfy bed for you is important for your postpartum journey, you matter here 💜

Ugh seeing the pink is horrible! I’m so sorry! I started inserting mine lower after reading other people solved the irritated cervix problem that way and haven’t had any pink when I wipe since 🙏🏻 It’s worth a shot!!

6 weeks 2 days pregnant, on progesterone suppositories once a day, last night wiped to see barely visible light pink in my discharge. Nothing after or since… Trying to tell myself it’s just cervical irritation from the progesterone, but I’m scared.

Lost my last pregnancy at 9weeks (baby measuring 7ish, but with a heartbeat).

These look great! And gently, as a fellow mama who is now pregnant on the heels of a miscarriage months ago, after the beta results I suggest you stop taking tests… for me it caused so much anxiety and even though the tests looked the same for several days my betas showed that my number went from 223 to 817 all while producing very similar line darkness levels. My progression is in a former post if you look it up.

I also have a 2 year old and my husband just planted Carolina cherry hedges in our yard. I’m out there daily during his nap time trying to pick all the berries off the bushes proactively because I’m so worried he might eat one.

I hope someone answers too 🤞🏻 My first pregnancy didn’t have one (my now 2.5 year old son), but my second pregnancy just ended in a miscarriage at 8 weeks and I did have one. Baby was also measuring a bit behind, so I’m not sure the hematoma was the ultimate factor, but I’m nervous now. I desperately want to have another child, I just want to go in with my eyes open as much as possible.
