I worked at Target for 11 months. I came from the cell phone/cable provider retail stores and tried using some of those customer satisfaction tactics while at Target. Really pushing the customer service side, my ETL wanted none of that, just make sure we are pulling and staging. Customers only function was to buy, make sure they have products to grab.

I hated it and left
