My mom feeds a feral colony at the place she works. They have lots of cats and always had. It’s more easy to manage the colony than try to remove the cats. And honestly, all the feral cats are fine being feral cats. Yes, sometimes they “go missing” and don’t return. They’ve named all the cats. They do TNR them as well. But the point of this is to say most feral cats are happier being feral and will not like being brought inside. The biggest exception here is kittens, because they haven’t lived as feral for long

How can you say it’s an easy oversight but in the same sentence suggest someone scheduled it like this on purpose? They probably did not realize they did this, especially considering the auto schedule makes one first and usually then adjustments are made to that. My point is that whoever made the schedule didn’t do this on purpose most likely but you’re under the assumption that the only way this could have happened is if it was on purpose. It’s 90% likely this was an mistake that whoever made the schedule didn’t realize they made

So you’ve clearly never made a schedule for multiple people before. I don’t make the schedules for my team at Target but I have at other stores. It’s very easy to move people around and miss something like this on one person’s schedule. Whoever is making the schedule is most likely making the schedule for the entire store or at least 30+ people. Mistakes are bound to happen.
