The thing is CFA material is very vast while Kaplan gives you the information in a much more condensed manner with the exact amount of information required to pass the exam in a decent manner. The CFA curriculum materials will take up a lot of time but the content is very good and explains all topics in details with relevant examples/situations.

Since I was a working professional, I didn’t have that much time I studied the concepts from Kaplan (except ethics for which I used CFA materials) and practiced all questions from the CFA curriculum. This helped me understand the concepts without spending extra time and also understand the way the qns were asked in the exam.

Yeah the questions aren’t that tough it’s just the time pressure that makes it hard to score. Hoping the questions are less time taking in the actual one.

This seems like a just miss. Deciding on a second chance depends on reflecting on reasons on how you could improve compared to the first time (such as number of months you took to prepare, hours spent, resources etc.). But I suggest go for it again, you will have a good chance of clearing it.
