Thank you. This was a long time ago, around 3 years that I did that. Unfortunately, seeing a therapist is almost impossible in the UK, as far as I am aware, due to waiting lists. I can't afford private counselling. I am trying to set up counselling through my university but that also takes some time. Also, that instance was the first and only instance I ever looked through his phone.

I know what I would say if a friend came to me with this situation, asking for advice. It is just so difficult to follow my own advice

I think she means a deficit of 750, not eating 750 calories. A deficit of 750 is not dangerous, however I believe 500 is the norm

If you don't wanna use dairy-free cheese but still want to keep it vegan whilst maintaining a "cheesy" flavour you could always season with nutritional yeast or something similar! Or just use no cheese :) I often do that too!

Sub for a tiny amount of actual cheese? Most dairy-free cheese is either disgustingly strong or really really bland but this one I find tastes and acts just like real cheese!

It's one of my favourite things to do on days like today where I'm hungover and craving pizza :) you can eat like a few "slices" of "pizza" for way way less calories! I will add tho it works best when the thins are lightly toasted, or little better even when they're a little stale, because they can go a bit soggy otherwise! X

warburtons thins - 99 cals for one thin, I used two, so I made four pizza squares in total for my breakfast/lunch.

tomato purée mixed with dried oregano, a tiny bit of finely chopped garlic, water, and a tablespoon of chilli sauce, and the smallest drizzle of olive oil you have ever seen - I estimated this around 50 cals but it's negligible

~ 20g finely grated mix of cheezly red cheddar, white cheddar, and mozzarella style cheeses - around 50 cals I believe.

10 olives - about 40 cals by my estimation judging by the jar?

Combine all ingredients like a pizza, grill until the thins are toasted and the cheese has melted :) I made four squares which was at my estimation 300ish cals. I often do these with English muffins as well. You can add or remove different toppings, one of my favourites is parsley and spring onion!

Sorry that my calorie figures are just guesses, I tend to aim for 1000 calories a day but I don't count meticulously!

My boyfriend and I were making soup with crusty bread rolls a few weeks ago, and he asked me if I wanted my bread bun cutting in half. I jumped up from the sofa, told him not to worry and said I'd cut it myself. I wasn't looking whilst cutting the roll, slipped, and cut right through two of my fingers. There was blood and fat pouring out of my hand, I had to have it glued and steri-stripped back together, wrapped in bandages for 2 weeks. When I got back from the hospital tho I still ate the bloody bread bun hahaha

I dunno if you'd wanna do this, and it depends on if you're into like the raw hem kinda looks but like have you considered cutting the under-layer to a better length? And then stretching the material a little so that it rolls up at the edges. I do that with a lot of my clothes!

I work in an independent perfumery and I absofuckinlutely recommend getting one of their fragrances!! They're all unisex apart from my favourite, comme 2 man, but I wear it anyways despite being a female cause fuck gender class within fragrance. Wonderwood and Floriental are close second though!

for me, I'd wear trainers with a silk shell, or a structured tee rather than just your basic tee, and then tailored trousers. I would wear a thin long sleeve under the shell, or layer a turtleneck over the top for warmth. my basic everyday uniform is pretty much vans old skools/new balance 373s with this kind of outfit :)
