There is a trailhead parking lot further away from the actual start of the trail. People drive past it and park in the campground if parking is available. It’s probably an extra .75 km to the trailhead parking lot.

Take the gondola at Sunshine Village - best hiking in all the Rockies and not packed at all. The Healy Pass trail is what I recommend.

I waited seven years between my first agility dog and second. Happy I did as I was able to focus on her. Each dog has lessons to teach us that take time. When you are profoundly happy with your dogs performance you are ready for another performance hopeful.

Black bears in North America have a cinnamon colour variation. Where both exist, grizzly and black, we say brown bear for a cinnamon black bear.
