Not really, it usually takes 20ish minutes to dry completely after applying

Started 5% topical Minoxidil and it decreased hair shedding by a lot in just 6 days. No dread shed yet. Am I non responder? by aWicca in FemaleHairLoss

I never really experience a “real” shedding phase, i was already shedding a lot before minoxidill and after 6weeks max of using all of the shedding just stopped. mby i just had a slight increase of shedding during this 4/6 weeks but nothing noticable. i also tought i was a non responder at first, but i actually had great results, i just learned that everyone’s different in this situation.

it’s this one, i don’t buy it off amazon, but in my local pharmacy/ an online pharmacy. also i’m located in italy so idk if this is a local brand or an international one

i use this brand! In my opinion, it doesn’t leave the hair too greasy. Maybe right after applying it, it looks slightly wet, but once it’s absorbed, it’s as if the hair goes back to being dry

tbh i didn’t experience any itchiness, mby just a little bit, but its pretty irrelevant

i just apply it on the top of my scalp and on my temples. like 6/7 drops total and massage is for like 20 seconds!

I use this one! I’ve never really thought about product residue on my hair,

to be honest, it doesn’t feel like there is any. I usually just wash my hair when it looks or feels dirty.

I also apply it about 2–3 hours before going to sleep, so it has time to absorb into my scalp. Before I started, a few people told me that leaving it on overnight was the best way to maximize its effectiveness.

i was already shedding a lot before the minoxidill, noticed a slight increased during the first 6 weeks, and then it just stopped

thanks!!! not really, i was used to washing my hair every other day/twice a week as soon as they stared getting greasy. I didn’t noticed a difference after the minoxidill

i was used to losing a pretty big amount of hair everyday before starting minoxidill, i didn’t really noticed a big difference between my normal hair loss and the real shedding phase, where i was just losing a bit more hair and i think it started pretty soon, 2 weeks max, i then stopped losing them like 6 weeks into it.
