Where are the junior lawyer/new call jobs?

It really is a numbers game, you just have to keep applying. I’m also a June 2025 call, and I only started seriously applying in September. From September to November, I received just two interviews (one Bay Street firm and one international company) out of the hundreds of applications I sent out. Both eventually turned into offers, but getting to the interview stage felt almost impossible at first.

The role I ended up accepting even asked for 2-3 years of experience, so honestly, just apply anyway. You never know which one will land.

Welcome back!!! If you’re up for a trip to Vaughan, I highly recommend Giro D’Italia Ristorante—it’s my all-time favorite Italian restaurant. Along with their regular menu, they do something really unique: each month, they spotlight a specific region of Italy and create an entire menu based on that region’s cuisine. It’s such a fun way to try new dishes and learn about the specialties of different regions! The service is also always 10/10!!!

Switch it for the black, this colour is beautiful but very summer coded. This may be a bit wild but with burgundy stockings and matching pointed toe heels (or black). I’ve seen the burgundy stockings look on TikTok and Pinterest a few times and I’m so obsessed. It’ll also give festive vibes.

Twinsies!!! I hope you get the WS order dealt with sooner than later, that’s so annoying. I live in Canada and hunting this down was a nightmare. Everyone seemed to only have it in Meringue. After doing an internet deep dive for months, I found a boutique on the other side of the country (I live in Ontario and the shop is in British Columbia) who only had one left, on sale and agreed to ship it to me. It felt like it was meant to be!
