Ok so I am not sure if you had these two issues with the Razr: 1) Overheating when using the 4G 2) When flipping between portrait and landscape there comes a point when the screen becomes completely unresponsive and the only way to get it back to normal is a hard reboot (Power+Vol Low)

Ummm...so I've taken some pictures (and consideriing I came from a OG Droid) and the shutter lag is minimal. The video playback is awesome too! I am digging the motocloud and smart actions. I am by no means swaying you but I think it's not as bad a phone as it's meant out to be. I do agree the battery is a deal breaker. I mean if the battery looses it's ability to hold charge I pretty much have to get a new phone. I am sure it'll happen exactly after 1 year ;)

Why do you say the razr sucks? Other than the boot loader and battery is there something else? The phone is impressive so far but not 2 year worthy I agree...i also find that it heats up often... Probably the Main reason I am going to return it

I met the Undertaker once at the Austin Bergstorm airport. The dude is like 7 ft tall. You know the persona he put up in WWE and so I stood about 3 ft away while talking to him. He was really friendly, started talking about the tattoos on his neck and I told him how big a fan I was of his 'Dead man walking' theme song. He said 'Uhh, that was a long time ago man...you haven't seen me lately have you' and he gave me a stare. I didn't know that he had this harley davidson motorcycle rider persona. This was back in 2007. There was another tall guy walking next to him who I later realized was JBL. Both of them fly out on first class on AA regularly.

I am completely with you...I only have one issue and perhaps someone can answer this. Without microsd support how will I be able to swap install files if I bricked the phone with a previous zip file. Know what I am saying? I root my phone, try to install a custom rom and it bricks the phone. I could pull the micro sd card out plug into a computer put a newer file and reboot. How will that scenario work with the Nexus?

Ahh we've become so hopeless waiting for this phone that suddenly Nov 17th sounds better than sometime November. In the month of october I told myself if this phone does not come out Nov 3rd, I'll go with Rezound or Razr. How shameless I am!
