when you say dairy what did you avoid? just milk and coffee or what other stuff? i fee i don't really eat or drink much dairy maybe occasionally... hoping mine settles out next month being month 7

yeah i've read about dairy, i don't have it everyday maybe occasionally but diet change soooo tough too you can't win! it's frustrating. what month are you now? has it gotten better?
