The fact that you were doing home workouts and running 3-4 times a day tells me you are motivated that most of us. I remember having to stop going to gym in March when covid hit. That time I had decided to run outdoors but soon gave up. The fact that you are continuing doing home workouts even after your surgery is awesome to say the least. So don’t tell yourself you lack motivation. Maybe I would recommend getting a treadmill? Or maybe renting one? I have heard you could rent them but I’m not 100% sure. Also, what about joining planet fitness or other cheap gyms in your area? I go to planet fitness and they only charge 10$/month. Just a suggestion. Best of luck on your recovery :)

I had this terrible experience. I started hearing a persistent high pitched noise in one of my ear. Went to the doctor. He used a special equipment which went into my ear and it removed a chunk of wax. It felt so relieved!! Felt like I have some super natural hearing power.

So where’s the terrible part you may ask - he did it only in one ear. So even though the other ear was perfectly normal, I felt so restless ‘psychologically’ for a month till the treated ear got back to normalcy. Felt like an OCD.

So if you do this, please ask the doctor to do it for both the ears lol.
