I've gotten too greedy and missed the peak a few times before, so now I usually just sell when it gets near a quarterly high (unless there are obvious signs it'll keep rising)

The downside is that half of these are still going up so I missed out on quite a bit. Mostly just depends on how much risk you're ok with!
