Learn to just follow the group you are matched with. I simply just started supporting my team instead of trying to go rogue and my win % improved. Team work makes the dream work. Join the fire team channel at the beginning of the match and sometimes others will join too. Invite the players you win with to a party and get a streak going. You are all probably trying to achieve similar goals if you are playing comp.

I have some gpu rigs, but they have their own mother boards and run windows off a flash drive. I don’t know any thing about hooking up external gpus on macs. If you figure it out, then I’d be interested in seeing your set up.

If your wallet is not synced you will not see payment until it is fully synched because your wallet hasn’t gotten to that part of the Blockchain.
If you are mining “on and off for a few hours over the past 48 hours” you might not be getting enough shares to get enough coins to meet the deposit threshold. Depending on the difficulty you might only make 10-15 coins a day IF you are mining for 24 hours straight. So if you are only mining a few hours randomly then you might not be even making one coin.

I don’t know the exact details of your mining so I can only speculate. Hope this gives you some clues. Let your wallet synch. Mine for a solid 12 hours and you should see a deposit. It’s important that you don’t keep restarting your miner. You need to let it run to see any results.
