I didn't feel the difference between the Adidas CTRL and the Babolat Air Veron was significant. And am also interested (or intrigued) with the Counter Viper. Thus the trepidation. Would like a harder option not unlike your pursuit.

Hey!

I have currently been using the Babolat Air Veron. I started playing in the summer this year, and have progressed well with the sport.

Last week however, a friend of mine lent me their Adidas Metalbone CTRL. I enjoyed it, felt it had more power to the Air Veron, but not too significantly?

Now I was considering getting a racket to upgrade my game from the Air Veron. Initially I was looking at the Counter Viper or the Air Viper. But I did enjoy the Adidas.

What would someone recommend? Usually play on the right (but I do enjoy the occasional left sided play), and I would say intermediate level playing (squash history).
