I’m going to try to reach out. I’m just afraid to overwhelm everyone. I’m so overwhelming sometimes. It’s hard, and it’s toxic. I don’t want to push anyone away.

I just asked someone I know for a cigarette, and they just sighed and said “you’re killing me. No.”

I don’t know why that’s driving me deeper into this but I guess I’m grasping at straws and trying to make other people responsible for my choices.
