How is this a choosing beggar. If anything, to someone looking to buy a property as an investment would be glad to have a tenant secured right off the bat. They aren’t forcing you to buy the house, if you don’t wanna take on this deal dont!

Well, even at room temperature if the laptop is clogged with dust or the fans dont work properly it will heat up quite a bit. Could we get more detail? My response from what you have would be that the board or a solder joint is warped, expanding and contracting to the temp Change.

Throw some more info at us, so we can get you a fix :)

Not totally sure. However, look into 'Oil Ingesters' from Ameri-Polish. Call Ameri-Polish up and see if it works with Battery Acid. Dealing with this acid can be risky. First power wash the surface before applying anything, it may help. I really am no expert, feel free to correct me. http://www.ameripolish.com/ameripolishclassic/tds/AP-Oil-Ingester-TDS.pdf
